Position Description

The Taiwan Electron-Ion Collider Physics Project is soliciting applications for one experimental postdoc position. The successful candidate will work on developing the ZDC detector in the U.S. EIC far-forward detector system, applying the machine learning technique to the detector simulation as well as the relevant global analyses of the pion/kaon PDFs and proton TMDs. The duration of this position is initially two years, with the possibility of extending into the third year depending on performance. The position will be co-hosted by Academia Sinica and National Central University, and the successful candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible.
