Duke University, Biomedical Engineering
Position Description
Hickey Lab-Associate in Research The Associate in Research will be responsible for using and developing computational algorithms to analyze single-cell and spatial-omics datasets. Specifically, we have multiple datasets/experiments where we are generating terabytes of imaging data and need to put them through out computational pipelines to extract additional biological insights. These will help in identifying trends with soluble factors in the body with different perturbations to see how tissues and cells respond. More specifically they will process CODEX multplexed imaging data, Analyze datasets and make biological insights, help establish image processing pipelines, and compare and contrast best cell type clustering algorithms..Duke is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing employment opportunity without regard to an individual's age, color, disability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, race, religion, (including pregnancy and pregnancy related conditions), sexual orientation, or military status.
