To submit reference letters, please follow these steps:
- Login using the email address and password you have received in the reference letter request email from us; you can't login if you have never received such an email. If you have forgotten the password, please click on the link below to reset.
- After login, click on an applicant's name on the "Refs" page to upload your letter for that applicant, or click on the "applications" links there to see which employers need your letters. Click on on the upload form to upload a tailored letter for some selected employer, or click on to upload a letter for some selected position types such as postdocs. Don't select any to upload a generic letter. You only need to upload a generic letter once.
- Alternatively, you can avoid the login process entirely by opening the link https://***/cid/***** in the email you received and finish the submission at once. Click on the link below if you need a new letter submission link.
- Since the system is a real-time application system and the employers always access your latest reference letters directly online, you must keep all the reference letters in your account and be careful not to replace existing letters when you upload new ones.
