Position Description
Duke University’s Master of Engineering in Financial Technology program in the Pratt School of Engineering invites applications for a Non-Regular Rank Adjunct Professor position. The ideal candidate will have commitment, passion, and excellence in teaching.
This position will teach the
FinTech 522: Asset Pricing course in the FinTech Master’s Program during
both the Fall and Spring semesters. This role will have the mentorship of
Pratt’s outstanding regular-rank teaching faculty and not only polish their
teaching skills but also become immersed in the novel pedagogy used in these
programs. Ideal candidates would have significant relevant experience with
various financial, macroeconomic, business, and technology risks, as well as
the tools and methodologies for quantitative assessment of risk and performance.
This position is expected to be part time. Please review the Master’s Program
