If you are passionate about developing the next generation of FinTech leaders and are enthused about leveraging your leadership skills to lead our Capstone programs and build on our current number of corporate relationships, then we invite you to apply for this role. The Master’s of Engineering in Financial Technology is housed within the Institute for Enterprise Engineering, which supports the development of engineering professionals throughout their careers as a part of Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering (Durham, NC).
The major responsibilities of this new Executive in Residence position will be (1) to direct all aspects of the Capstone programs and 2) to maintain and grow the number of corporate sponsors of these programs, program growth is expected to reach 15 capstones per semester in 2025 In addition to these duties the service contributions of this individual to the Fintech program will be significant.

active alumni engagement as the program grows
Preferred
candidates will have deep financial industry and project management experience
in a corporate setting. Industry experience leading a technical group or
organization, as well as teaching/course development experience are beneficial.
Existing senior industry relationships in the financial
services area are highly desirable. This is expected to be an on-site,
full-time position, but other levels of commitment may be considered.
