The McGill University Centre for High Energy Physics invites applications for postdoctoral positions to start in September of 2024.

The successful applicant will join an exciting theoretical physics group, including Robert Brandenberger, Simon Caron-Huot, Jim Cline, Keshav Dasgupta, Alexander Maloney, and Katelin Schutz, as well as several postdoctoral researchers. Research in our group covers field theory, string theory, particle phenomenology, astroparticle physics, mathematical physics, and cosmology. We have strong ties to the research groups in astrophysics, nuclear theory, condensed matter theory and mathematics.

To be considered for a postdoctoral position, applications should be received by November 30, 2023. To apply, the applicant should submit a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a list of publications, a statement of research interests and at least three letters of recommendation. Several special fellowships exist for exceptional applicants:

Applicants who are interested in cosmology (including superstring cosmology) or astrophysics are encouraged to apply for a CITA National Fellowship and a Trottier Space Institute (TSI) fellowship. For information on how to apply, please consult the CITA Webpage and the TSI Application.
